It sounds like a couple of things. First it seems that pcsctest is
hanging on GetStatusChange because it is not finding an available reader
in pcscd. If you installed the Mac package you should have overwritten
the pcscd and PCSC.framework that was in Puma. Jaguar will have updates.
My guess on the Mozilla failing to load is a path problem.
Send me an email directly (off the list) with the
following outputs:
/usr/sbin/pcscd -v
/usr/bin/pcsctest
ls -al /usr/local/lib
ls -al /
ls -al /Volumes
