I have got a GEMPLUS GPK 16000 and when I read out it's atr I get following:

3B A7 00 40 18 80 65 A2 09 01 01 52

The GPK 8000 card has following atr:

3B A7 00 40 18 80 65 A2 08 01 01 52

I have got a newer reference manual of the GPK16000/GPK8000 cards. But
the zipped version has about 1.4 MB. If you need it I could try to send
it to you ? ( If the firewall/mailer let's me ... )
