Hello,
I just wanted to report a success at using the PKCS#11 stack and Mozilla
to sign e-mails on Mac OS X.
Here is what I used:
- a GemXpresso 211PK
- msc Applet 0.9.8 (do not forget to format it!!)
- Mozilla 1.1a (the beta, 1.0 does not work very well)
- a GemPC430
A few comments if you are about to try:
- I had to request the cert (using thawte.com) through the software
token, export it and inject it in the card (direct use of the msc
P11would fail)
- Verisign refused to recognise my browser
I believe these are Mozilla/Mac OS X-specific issues.
Cheers,
JLuc.
