You do not have to update the public key file or reverse bytes. You do need
to prepend the proper key header, as described in the Cyberflex SDK manual.
In my copy of the SDK release 2 Programmer's manual, it's on page 289,
"Private RSA Key - CRT." The key can be either exponent/modulus or CRT.
There is working sample code in OpenBSD's libsectok. See
cyberflex_load_rsa_priv() in cyberflex.c. On the web, it's at
