You need to get the latest driver for the 430 from the following page:

You then need to load the MuscleCard applet on the GemXpresso. Which
version of the 211 is it? Is it a PK? Do you have the Gemplus RAD III
(version 3.0 for Linux support)?
To perso the card you would probably only require to use the muscleTool
available on the MuscleCard page.
