Anyone else seeing the error " /usr/sbin/pcscd: IFD_GemPC430 : Setmode
failed A " when you startup the services with the card installer or when
you first use the card?
Usually when this happens I need to unplug the reader and plug it into a
different USB port for the daemon to work again.
Running in Mac OS X 10.1.5 with a Cyberflex Access CAC card.
