    After installing your new version, pcscd still refuses to show that
    "pcsc-lite daemon ready.". Even worse, after running pcsc_scan, no
    errors are shown in the system log, so my situation seems to be even
    worse.

    Fernando Llobregat, a former subscriber to this mailing list, has
    notified me that those OCR readers are somewhat buggy, but also that
    his experience with them and PC/SC Lite is reduced to the USB models.

    Any Ideas?.
