Hello all,

i have a problem formatting a smartcard Cyberflex Access 32k v2 with
MuscleTool.
The card is recognized by the tool, but when I try to format it, I have this
error:

I changed also the AID from the default value, because the AID reported in
the bundle seems to be non existent on the card.
The AID used should be the Card Manager, but please correct me if I'm wrong.

The ATR is 3B 75 13 00 00 9C 02 02 01 02

So, any idea about this problem?
