Yes and I have one french copy of the ISO7816-3 et ISO7816-4 but in
order that people may understand the thread I have given this link.
It seems to me that the french version have also some bad translation.
For instance "may" is sometime translate by a "must" in the french version.

Interesting link. I have download and print it and I will read this
document as soon as possible. But this is a new draft of 7816-3 [1] and
not 7816-4.
