[Muscle] Howto create files in MPCOS EMV Smart cards using USB GemPC430 Reader

Hai All,
I am having a GemPC 430 USB Smart Card Reader and a MPCOS EMV Smart Card.
 
I am a beginner and want to develop a small application using GemPC 430 Reader and Smart Card for authenticating a terminal in Red Hat 7.2 Linux 0S.
 
I am able to get ATR and Serial number from Card using Linux drivers.
I want to create a small Dedicated file and an elementary file that contains a Password in the card. Can anybody suggest how to do this.
 
I do not know the contents in smart card and its keys. Can I remove all data from card.
