Hello Borja,
The most basic thing that fails is this:

Starting PCSC Lite resource manager: pcscdaemon.c:265 main: debug
messages to stdout
readerfactory.c:1391 RFInitializeReader: Attempting startup of Orga Eco
5000 reader 0 0.
readerfactory.c:1006 RFBindFunctions: Loading IFD Handler 1.0
readerfactory.c:1428 RFInitializeReader: Open Port 103F8 Failed
readerfactory.c:1263 RFUnloadReader: Unloading reader driver.
readerfactory.c:245 RFAddReader: Orga Eco 5000 reader init failed.

Debugging higher layers makes no sense if you don't make your driver up and
running.
First make sure you have correct entries in /etc/readers.conf (driver type and
port - is 103f8 value correct in your case?)
Next - debug says it cannot open port. I had exactly the same output when
using 2.6 kernels, everything was ok with 2.4 kernel.
