The option "-f" implies "-d stdout" so you can just use "# /usr/local/sbin/pcscd
-f".

It seems that the error is provided by the IFD Handler of the Omnikey CM2020.
Perhaps you can activate the debug mode (see the README of the IFD Handler).
As this is a proprietary driver if the errors come from it, it should be better
to send the next bug reports to Omnikey. :-)
