[Muscle] checking email with activcard 2.0 usb

I have activcard 2.0 usb.

Installed muscle, pscd, and ccid.

I told firefox to use musclepkcs11 library for
security device, but when I go to the website to check
my mail, it does nothing... doesn't prompt me for my
pin or anything.
