Hello. I recently posted about this problem and I really need urgent help.
I haven't advanced in anyway in a solution to handle this:

 Recently I needed 3 readers working on 3 different Linux distributions:
 -Conectiva 10
 -Fedora 3
 -Mandrake 10.1
   
   
 Now, towitoko is not working on Conectiva nor Mandrake.
   
 For fedora, this configuration worked:
 ./configure --with-pcsc-lite-dir=/usr/pcsc --enable-ISO-t0
--enable-usb-bundle
   
 But for Conectiva 10, and Mandrake 10.1 it doesn't work:
   
 pcscd output:
   
 RFInitializeReader Open Port 200001 Failed ()
 RFUnloadReader Unloading reader driver
 RFAddReader Towitoko Chipdrive USB init failed.
   
Also, the other 2 readers are working already with other drivers. I belive
that if the reader works on Conectiva, it might work on Mandrake.

I appreciate any information to help solve this. Also, any location were I
could have info about it.
