Hi,
I wanted to state a couple of bugs on the Windows stack which would
have an impact on usability.
Both bugs are related to having a fresh clean card (either without the
Muscle applet or fresh applet without
certs/etc) If you already have a card with the Muscle applet which has
certificates on it, this may not affect you.
*****
If you have a card that has never had the Muscle applet installed or it
is not present on, the Profile Manager
may not be able to connect to the card. You may need to load the
applet once with the card manager client
sources, and then use the Profile Manager from then on. This is a
problem with the default reader detection code.
*****
You may need to kill the cache daemon, IDACacheSrv.exe if you are doing
personalization (adding certs / etc) You can start it
again once you have finished this process
****
These will be fixed in an upcoming Beta2 release which we hope to have
out by mid next week.
Thanks,
Dave
