[Muscle] How to detect card insertion/removal in driver ?

Hello all:

I am working on reader driver coding based on PCSC lite. I met problem with card insertion/removal detection.

Our reader is USB1.0 full speed reader. It will detect card insertion/removal and send response to driver. User inserted/removed card randomly, I neet to through a separate thread to waiting for reader sending response I think. Could anyone tell me how to build and use such a separate thread ??

I also can send command to reader to get current card status. I tried to do it in IFDHICCPresence and it could get success response. But the pcscd will always call IFDHICCPresence. How can I stop IFDHICCPresence call after got success card status??
