Dear all:

  We plan to purchase a bunch of SmartCard readers and SIM/bank smart
cards. Before we put through our orders, we would like to the
compatibility issues.

  If we purchase a smart readers from vendor A and SIM/bank smart cards
from vendor B, can they work together? Or, we have to purchase them from
the same vendor. When I was a smart card user 3 years, I remember
compatibility is a big issue but I haven't got in touch with them since
then, maybe it has improved a lot.
