Don't know. I have a Cyberflex 32k and this works with ENC+MAC. Try this
one:

It's beta, but the GET STATUS should work (and it does) ... place the
DLLs in the Windows/System32 or where it can be found (included in
PATH). Then run start.bat.

If the error still occurs something is wrong with your card and the
company Axalto.
