Thanks for the info. I downloaded muscleframework-1.1.3 (which contains
the PKCS#11 code), but it requires musclecard.h, which is nowhere to be
found:

$ make
..
In file included from p11_crypt.c:13:
../include/cryptoki.h:36:24: musclecard.h: No such file or directory

[pcsc-lite-1.2.9-beta7]$ find . -name 'musclecard.h'
[pcsc-lite-1.2.9-beta7] cd ../muscleframework-1.1.3
[muscleframework-1.1.3]$ find . -name 'musclecard.h'
[muscleframework-1.1.3]$

I can't find a reference to musclecard.h in my pcsc-lite build, nor in
my muscleframework build. So I take that there's something else I need
to download and install first?
