[Muscle] Whither muscle card applet loader?

G'day,
I'd like to install the muscle card applet onto my Cyberflex e-gate 32K
cards. However, I don't have the Schlumberger SDK yet.
On the MuscleCard web page there's a link to a Muscle Card Applet Loader:
"Applet loader for the Cyberflex Access Developer 32k cards. Will
allow you to load the MuscleCard applet onto the smartcard."

However the domain vrweb.de does not exist.
Is this applet loader still available, and if so, where? If it is no
longer available, are there other applet loaders available? Or do I need
to purchase the Schlumberger SDK to load the Musclecard applet onto my
Cyberflex cards?
