[Muscle] installation error

Hi all,
my application is not installing on the card and it is
giving the error as

 I am using ..
  Win2k OS
 GemxprssoRAD3 Tool kit,
 Gemxpresso ProR3 card
 and GemPC410 reader..
 
Can anybody resolve this problem...
