[Muscle] MCardPlugin - MSC_DIR_SIGN mode

Hello,

I study the MCardPlugin and in the ComputeCrypt() function there are the
lines:

   /* FIX - Forcing Encrypt Mode */
   if (cryptInit->cipherDirection == MSC_DIR_SIGN) {
     pBuffer[OFFSET_DATA+currentPointer] = MSC_DIR_ENCRYPT;
   }

Why? Because nobody has done the PROCESS part? Because of broken cards?
