Thanks for your answer.

I will try to be more explicit.
I need buy a device to write certain information to a SmartCard. As you
sure know, this kind of hardware comes with its own, very expensive,
drivers, APIs and applications (in many cases not supporting linux).
I need to investigate about what is the best choice taking into account
that the only alternative is free software running on linux.
