Although not (?) mentioned in the Card Edge specification, PIN#0 was and
is used as the admin PIN.

I clarified this in my version and he can manage the token, like
deleting all content, setting the label and serial, creating new PINs
(IDs). All other 7 PINs and the 6 authentication keys are normal users.
