Well, you have included the header, but the source files where this code
is contained is missing (I believe tokenparser.l). Why don't you take
the latest version of pcsc-lite-1.2.9-beta9 and compile everything together?

This is a new API, but the build system works for Unix (This snapshot
only for gcc 4.0.) and Windows and if you replace musclecard.c,
muscletest.c, musclecard.h and bundleTool.c it and ... should work.
