[Muscle] (re)compilation of MacAPDU and CocoaCard under Mac OS X

Hello,

I am playing with X Code 2.2, Mac OS X and smart cards. I wanted to
recompile MacAPDU et CocoaCard available from [1].

I have the errors:
main.m:1: error: parse error before 'IUNKNOWN_C_GUTS'
main.m:1: error: parse error before '}' token

I know nothing in Objective-C and graphical dev on Mac OS X. Anybody
has tried and succeeded to recompile these softwares?
