[Muscle] beta10 README is incorrect

In the beta10 tarball the README indicates that configure must have
--enable-libusb in order to turn on libusb support. As of beta10, it appears
that the configure script has changed so that libusb is now on by default.
The README should indicate that users who don't want libusb support (like on
Solaris 9 where libusb doesn't exist!) should build with --disable-libusb.
Thanks,
Shawn.
