[Muscle] APDU commands for SLE4442 cards.

Hey, I'm having some trouble determining APDU commands that map to 'card-level' commands as specified in the SLE4442 data sheet. For instance, the SLE4442 data sheet defines a control code for the 'Read Security Memory' command (successful only after verification of the PSC), but I don't know what the APDU-level mapping for this is? Is there a command I can send at the card-reader level which will let me access the security memory after successful completion of the PSC verify step? Or is there an APDU command that will let me specify card-level control codes directly?
