I have a /etc/ld.so.conf.d/usrlocal-i386.conf containing /usr/local/lib

I have pkg-config installed. My system came installed with
pkcs-lite-beta9 I think. I removed the RPM package and have recompiled
from the pcsc-lite-1.3.2 source and all is well with it.

I have ran ldconfig and depmod -a

All to no avail.
