[Muscle] new version available: pcsc-lite 1.4.99

Hello,

A new version of pcsc-lite is available [1].

The main change is that you can now have one pcscd (daemon) running
and use it from 32-bits and 64-bits applications running on the
machine. It is useful now that the Linux amd64 systems are common and
can run amd64 and i386 programs at the same time.

My setup is a amd64 Debian system. I also have a chroot in the
directory /home/NoBackup/i386/ configured as a i386 system (also
Debian). The /var/run/pcscd/ directory is visible/shared from the two
environment using:
$ mount --bind /var/run/pcscd /home/NoBackup/i386/var/run/pcscd
You can start the daemon pcscd in either of the two environments. But
start it where your drivers are installed.

Changelog:
pcsc-lite-1.4.99: Ludovic Rousseau
9 January 2008
- add support of mix 32/64 bits platforms. Thanks to Jacob Berkman for
  the big patch
- increase MAX_READERNAME from 52 to 100
- default ipcdir is /var/run/pcscd instead of /var/run so the directory
can be shared locally between 32/64 bits systems on chroots
- display time delta between two lines of logs when printed to stderr
- return EXIT_SUCCESS (instead of EXIT_SUCCESS) if parsing
  /etc/reader.conf fails.
- performance improvement when powering a card after insertion
- some other minor improvements and bug corrections
