Hi,

We released a free OpenID service yesterday that works with PC/SC Lite
and MuscleCard. It also works with about 10 other devices including
CAC and PIV cards.

You can take a look at: openid.trustbearer.com

You need to have a supported device and at a minimum one certificate
and key on the card. We can point you to a personazlization tool that
can load the certificate if necessary.
