Hi all,

as part of a customer project we investigated some
problems observed with those two CCID readers and made
source changes to work around them.

 - Broadcom BCM5880/1: Work around bad dGetSlotStatus
 - Support extended T=1 APDUs for OmniKey 3021/3121

I'm sending the patches as replies to this mail.

Note that they introduce a new "quirk" interface which
may not be necessary for libccid proper. In any case I
hope they can be of some value to the community.
