[Muscle] CCID driver support for reader

Hi,

I'm developing a customized token with a smart card and a USB smart
card reader chip from Sitronix. From the chip documentation, it
supports CCID. The reader chip is not listed in the CCID smart card
reader list. How can I get it to work with the CCID driver in Linux?
Will I have to specify the idVendor and idProduct and then include it
in the CCID list? What else needs to be done?
