I am pretty sure I have the correct keys. My SIM card provider told me to
use the default VISA keys (404142....).
By the way, how do I know which one is the default selected Application by
the GP output?
Can I tell by the right-part of the GP list command?
ISD LC: 7 PR: 0x9A
App LC: 7 PR: 0x04
Exe LC: 1 PR: 0x00
