dbm, no matter if cli or gui needs one special task for its work
like db_warm, db_cold, backup, restore and the like.
There is exactly one task available to do this kind of jobs.

--> check if you use two dbm(cli/gui) for one database at one time,
if for example a sceduled task does a backup at that time.
