autolog mode accidental switching

Hi all
One of my sapdb installations is in problem - it's running
with autolog on, but sometimes autolog suddenly can go off.
Users say that it happens especially under heavy load of DB.
Has anybody experienced such a problem?
I'm using sapdb-7.3.4 build 10 for win32 under winXP.
