I would really like to urge you to upgrade at least the
loader to a newer version - the newest available (74.03.25).
The version you use is highly unstable.
On W2000 to replace the Loader:
To replace only the loader get the server packet from sapdb.org
and unpack it. Then replace
<dependent_path>\pgm\lserver.exe with the newer lserver.exe
and
<dependent_path>\bin\repmcli.exe with the new loadercli.exe.
On AIX to replace the Loader:
Get the server packet and unpack it.
You should remove lserver and lserversrv from your
<dependent_path>/pgm and copy the new lserver to this directory.
Then you need to set the s-bit for lserver and the owner to root.
Replace
<dependent_path>/bin/repmcli with the new loadercli.
The programs repmcli(.exe) and loadercli(.exe) are the same with
different names.
You don't need to stop the db for replacing the Loader.
When you have replaced the Loader you should drop the table
dba.transformationmodel and the dbprocedure
dba.transformationpackage (if present). Both are only
used for Loader purpose and will be created on the fly if not
found in the system.
The newer version of the Loader is compatible with your database version.

Steffen
