Hi,
this error message comes from the precompiler library loader which cannot find the precompiler runtime shared library (libpcr.dll/so/sl). You have to register this library using irconf. Normally this will be done by sdbinst choosing the profile "Runtime For SAP AS". For detail information see: http://www.sapdb.org/7.4/htmhelp/0c/98025ef2db492ba087d325d8bdd4bf/content.htm.

Another possibility is setting the environment variable SAPDBLIBPATH which should point to the folder that contains the libpcr.
