Dear SAP-customer,
this is the list for MaxDB-open-source-users without R/3-usage.
Please ask the local support, usually.
But as it is just a short answer, I will give it here:
there is no reorganization needed for MaxDB. When rows are deleted,
pages are freed on the fly, not within an extra reorganization step.
