is the file there? should be in /opt/oltp/sdb/7500/lib (or maybe lib64).

Try to do the following:

# /opt/oltp/sdb/7500/bin/xregcomp -c /opt/oltp/sdb/7500/lib64/dbpinstall

(all in one line if wrapped)
