SAPDB has a feature (only Windows NT/2000) to start and stop the database
instance automaticly at system startup and shutdown.
To activate this feature you have to set the database service with the
service manager from Windows to startup type = automatic and set the
database paramter RESTART_SHUTDOWN with the dbmcli or dbmgui to AUTO.
