BTW, for others, the path to get from a load command to the syntax
reference above is:
command -> instream_spec -> streamformat_spec
I'd find it extremely helpful to have - at the command level -
documentation that includes syntax "drill down" details on a single
page. If I had this, I could have brought up the "tableload" command in
the browser - did a quick search for ASCII - and found the bit on
streamformat_spec. Having it all on the same page fits in quite well
with how I use technical documentation - and for some, it may be more
intuitive.
Would anyone else find this useful? it appears that the documentation
is generated (somehow) - is the source for the documentation available?
I might have a go at creating an alternate presentation for some aspects.
Cheers,
David
