Compiled and then? Where to install the files?

Hi,

I compiled the sources of the tools and after that Maxdb, after the
compilation the user is left alone with megabytes of binaries. Where is
the install script that copies all binaries to their location (as
described in /etc/opt/sdb)? Something like SDBINST for the ready
packages is needed. Or at least an explanation or filelist which tells
me where to copy what. The online manual only refers to the
package-installation.

I'd like to have a hint where to look at.
