SDBINST fails on WinXP

Hi all,

I'm trying to reinstall maxdb on winXP home
(no old services with SAP exist, registry key
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\SAP\SAP DBTech is deleted)

but the installation fails

what can be the problem?
