when I try this command I get this error:

(dbm.prt)
backup_ext_ids_get BACKDATP sappc1 MUP
ERR -24925 DBM ERR_PREPARE: preparation of backup operation failed
ERR -24925 DBM The backup tool failed with 2 as sum of exit codes.

Could it be caused of an authentication error?
