SOLVED - Restore + init using DBMCLI...

I just found the problem:
After copying the "datasave" backup file from SAPDB 7.4 server, the
owner was root, and that caused a problem to the restore process. I
did chown to this file:
chown sdb:sdba datasave
And then used this script:
_o=`cat <<EOF | dbmcli -d $SID -u dbm,dbm
util_connect
db_admin
db_activate RECOVER data DATA
util_release
db_online
load_systab -u dba, dba
EOF`
_test=`echo $_o | grep ERR`
After that, execute an online backup and then autolog_on - that's all.
This script does the work and leaves the database instance in operational state.
Thanks a lot, sorry if I wasted somebody's time.
