Our database size 105GB. We have various sizes of data volumes ranging
from 256K to 8GB. I would like to rebuild the database with uniform
data volumes like 8GB. Here are the following steps:
1. Cold complete backup.
2. Drop database.
3. Delete data and log volumes.
3. Create database with correct data and log volumes using DBM GUI
Manager.
4. Import the complete backup into the new database.
I'm planning on keeping the database id the same.
Am I missing a step here ?
Thanks,
Glen
