The Xvnc library isn't linked with libwrap (which, if I remember correctly,
is the tcpwrapper library):
addled(ttyp4)~> ldd /usr/X11R6/bin/Xvnc
/usr/X11R6/bin/Xvnc:
libz.so.2 => /usr/lib/libz.so.2 (0x2815b000)
libm.so.2 => /usr/lib/libm.so.2 (0x28168000)
libc.so.4 => /usr/lib/libc.so.4 (0x28184000)

So I'm pretty sure it doesn't (include the patch).
