Hmmmm...
bar the false negatives and stuff.. it'd be interesting if someone
organised a seperate list for people who would be interested in adding
false data into various fraud things.
Possibly someone knows someone at a bank and maybe banks have a system
that throws up red flags if a certain number/combo was passed through it.
*shrug* lots of possiblities, which could affect innocent parties.
