External Symptoms, Cause, Fix Description
=========================================

The MESA user interface program is not able to send a signal to
some system processes (like diamond) even if it is run as
"MANAGER.SYS". Without this ability, MESA is not able to log
error into a file. The file would be used to keep a record of
errors encountered by MESA.

The problem has been fixed by changing the routine
"PX_GET_MY_SUFLAG" to correctly check the SUFLAG.
